12.02.2013 – Michael Martens interviewed Milan Kosanovic for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung about the german politician Rudolf Vogel and his nazi past. In the 1930s and 1940s Vogel as journalist sympathised in his articles with Adolf Hitler (“Durch dick und dünn mit Adolf Hitler”). After the war, he became a member of the Bundestag and in 1960s chairman of the Südosteuropa-Gesellschaft. His nazi past got forgotten. Not aware of his past, the Südosteuropa-Gesellschaft even named its price for journalists after Rudolf Vogel.
